The world witnesses flurried activity before sunrise, excited anticipation during sunset and rising spiritual health as Muslims all around the world settle into Ramadan. On college campuses everywhere, Muslim students silently leave their evening classes at dusk; they no longer carry bottled drinks and mysteriously doze off at odd hours of the day.

The Muslims are slowly adjusting to the numerous changes that the month of Ramadan brings. In addition to the regular load of school work and activities, these students must adapt to reduced sleep, extended prayers and a completely different eating cycle.
